How To Prepare For Counseling
Before your first session, please try and identify the following:
The reason why you are seeking formal counselling.
How long you have felt the need for help.
What you hope to accomplish through formal counselling.
Prior to your first visit, please come at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time. You will be required to complete a
pre-appoinment counselling form.
